Digital Future Talk / Cultural Forum Warsaw

Austrian and Polish cultural institutions talk about their strategies

The time of the pandemic is not yet over, yet we feel we have arrived in a different reality. “Online or live?” – both need to be thought through, require appropriate strategies and content, and each offers different ways of establishing contact with the audience. We want to talk to cultural institutions from Austria and Poland about their strategies for the future. Sebastian Cichocki, chief curator of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, Christiane Erharter from the Belvedere 21st Museum of Contemporary Art in Vienna, Paweł Łysak, director of the Teatr Powszechny in Warsaw, and Christoph Platz from the steirischer herbst festival in Graz will meet for the online conversation on March 17 at 4:30 pm. The event is hosted by the Austrian Cultural Forum in Warsaw and the Institute for Urban Culture in Gdańsk.

The talk marks the start of the new series of events “Digital Future Talks” organized by the Austrian Cultural Forum Warsaw, in which challenges of the future and aspects of digital culture will be addressed in dialogue with partner institutions in Austria and Poland.
